Returns Policy

Due to the nature of food-related and personal-use lunch products, Lunch Life Mama does not accept returns or exchanges, except if:

  • The product arrives damaged,
  • The product has a manufacturer defect, or you receive the wrong item.

Return Conditions (If Eligible)

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • Photos may be required for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Products with signs of wear
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Return Procedure

  1. Email us at lunchlifemama@outlook.com.au with:
  • Order number
  • Description of the problem
  • Photos of the issue

2. Our team responds within 2 business days.

3. If approved, we will give you a return authorisation and instructions.

4. Securely package the item to prevent damage.

5. Return the item using the instructions provided.

Unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

  • Once inspected and approved, refunds for faulty or incorrect items are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for faulty or incorrect items.
  • If the item cannot be replaced due to stock availability, you will receive a refund or store credit.

Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fees apply to approved returns.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately we cannot change your order after you have placed it. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us here.

Shipping & Returns

Which countries are the products delivered to?

Orders placed on this shop can be sent to Europe and North America. For shipping to other countries, please contact us.

How much does the shipping cost?

Delivery is free in US for purchases over $70. Otherwise, delivery is $8.

Which shipping methods do you offer?

The dispatch takes place via the parcel service GLS. We offer delivery to your home address.

Account

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.

Payment

What types of credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Alternatively, you can finalise your order with PayPal payment service.
